A Mix of Concrete Poems
By Bob Raczka
Poems that are written with a pattern or shape are called concrete poems, thus the title of this book. Raczka writes simple poems in fun, visual shapes. From the obvious “Xylophone”, to the more intricate “eracer” and “autumn,” these poems will encourage young writers to expand their poetic vision. I especially enjoyed “Corners” and “Clock.” Very clever.
