This book is fantastic! I give it a thumbs up! By the end of the story Elinor and her friends learn how to determine if a butterfly is an insect, how fast they can fly, how and what they eat, along with answers to curious questions a child might ask. As a special bonus there are instructions on how to build a simple butterfly feeder from a paper plate and string. I plan on ordering the entire series for the Plymouth Library.
