April is back from Bear Island. She misses the Arctic and Bear. One night she has a dream where Bear has been shot. She must go back!!! No one will believe her. Her dad takes her back and she immediately sets out to find Bear. During her travels she finds out that Bear has been shot but he is ok. Bear had a mate and she has passed away and left their little cub, that April names Peanut. Bear wants her to help his little cub. She gets Peanut to people that can help him and he gets a new mom to take care of him. Who will take care of Bear? In the end her dad and Maria stay in the Arctic to help run the hotel, and April will get to live in the land that she is connected to in her heart.
