The Hidden Gallery (The Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place, Book 2)

This is the second book about the Incorrigible Children. I enjoyed it, since it was a light read. I can see 3rd graders that are reading fiction books enjoying it, as well as upper grade students. It’s a little like the Lemony Snicket books, but with a responsible governess watching out for the children. It’s a nice follow-up to the first book and I recommend purchasing it! It also reminded me of the Five Little Peppers books, but with updated language.

Since I just finished the 1st book in the series, this would be a great follow-up. It might as well be a continuation of the 1st since the 1st book ended so abruptly, almost without any end….
