What a great book! Erin Frankel writes about the world renowned chef, Jose Andres. It shares his story of growing up, becoming a chef, and his humanitarian efforts. He went to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake and started World Central Kitchen so that no one would go hungry. What a cool story! And Paola Escobar’s illustrations are absolutely beautiful! A great read! There’s also a version in Spanish.
